It is with a deep sense of loss that the League advises of the passing of Chief Comr (Retd) William David Elliott, LM., DSA on Friday 18th May 2012 at the age of 80 years.

David, as he was known, was born on 20th December 1930 and joined Rockdale Squadron of the Australian Air League, on 15th January 1944 and remained a member of the Australian Air League for 68 years. 

The funeral service will be conducted at the Pinegrove Memorial Park, Kington Street, Minchinbury, NSW, 2770 at 0900 hours on Wednesday 23rd May 2012. Details can be down in F/FRO 1/12 available for download from the Australian Air League website here.
