South Australia Wing completed a two day NCO Training Weekend at Parafield Airport in June. 18 NCOs from Parafield, Port Adelaide and Gawler Airfield Squadrons attended the training which focused on the responsibilities of NCOs and how they best serve their Squadrons training and guiding younger cadets.

The two days included classroom presentations, instruction on the delivery of drill training, leadership videos and movies. The two days went very well and the excellent attitudes of the SA Wing Cadets was noted. This activity also focused the SA NCO leadership group for the upcoming AAL Review in Ballarat.
