Air Leaguers Plane Nuts!

Do you have a family member of a friend who smiles and runs outside every time they hear a plane, or perhaps you’re a young Hawkesbury boy or girl who dreams of joining the RAAF one day? If so, then why not get a head start and become part of the Australian Air League in Richmond?

Air League Cadets Fly High on Wins

What does it take to be an air force pilot? Parramatta and Holroyd’s aspiring air travellers have shown they’re at least not lacking enthusiasm and knowledge when it comes to taking flight.

The Australian Air League’s Parramatta Squadron, which includes cadets from Holroyd has flown to new heights with several members getting top state honours in model building.

Lift for Aviation in Bundaberg

The Australian Air League Bundaberg Squadron is thrilled that is now has a building to meet in after a generous local builder and ex-Officer in Command built the hangar for just $1.

OC Ceciley Stewart said the opening of the building was a “huge deal” for the Squadron, “We have been using other places like school halls and rentals to hold our Squadron meetings,” she said.
