FAC 1/2016 -REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS ISSUED IN 17TH BIRTHDAY PACKAGE FEDERAL ADMINISTRATION CIRCULAR No 1/2016 In the second half of 2015 Federal commenced a program of sending a birthday package to cadets nearing their 17th birthday laying out their various ongoing membership options as they approach eighteen years of age.One component of that package is a voucher in the style of an aircraft boarding pass entitling the member to cash back on their next AAL membership dues. This Circular lays out the method by which the voucher may be redeemed.
