Federal Field Instruction 34 Piling of the Drums and other Flag Procedures The intention of this Instruction is to amend the AAL Manual at Section 10 paragraph 37.0 relating to the formation of units associated with the performance of a United Drumhead Service when conducted in the field and other Flag Procedures.
