Leadership Matters - Disability Discrimination Fact Sheet

This factsheet is provided to Squadrons to help them understand their legal obligations to not discriminate against individuals that have a disability. The League is committed to providing the young people of Australia with the means to pursue their interest in aviation. It will endeavour to provide equal opportunities for all young people and adults where possible.

This factsheet is provided as guidance only. Where significant issues of concern arise, you should seek further advice from your Group Executive Commissioner who may in turn need to seek further advice.
