It is my sad duty to inform members that Regional Education Officer Robert Luxford died earlier this week.

Bob has been a member of the League for many years joining Canterbury / Campsie Company in early 1940 and later Padstow Squadron He served the League well and for many years carried out his duties as a Regional Education Officer in an exemplary manner. Although without a computer he was very efficient in the administration of applications and assessments of Education Badges for Region “B”. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time. He and his total dedication to the Air League will be sadly missed, may he rest in peace.

Members are invited to attend Bob’s funeral which will be conducted at: Rookwood Crematorium West Chapel 10:00hrs Monday 11th January 2016.
