A Day of Flying in South Australia
Cadets from the South Australia Group of the Australian Air League had an exciting day of flying today with the Group powered flight air experience day at Gawler Airfield.
The cadets had the opportunity to undertake flights in the Adelaide Biplanes charter Cessna 172S flown by their terrific (and patient!) pilot Grace, operating out of Gawler Airfield with the help of the Adelaide Soaring Club.
This day could not have been possible without the generous support of the Sir Ross and Sir Keith Fund which helped fund the flights.
Finally a big thanks to the parents for transporting and organising the day – a great outcome for all the cadets!
